There are currently 7 "distressed" homes on the market with all but one being a single family homes. The current average days on market is 140 which isn't unusual as often short sale listings are kept on the market long after they receive their initial offer. The prices vary from $585,000 for the one condo on the market up to $1,150,000 with the average being around $875,000.
