The real estate market in Fusion South Baycontinues to be very active with 8 homes currently for sale and all but one of them in escrow. Only the 2 bedroom unit at 5412 #10 is currently available with 7 homes currently at some point in the escrow process. Fusion South Bay is a fantastic community built in 2006 and is in the Hollyglen neighborhood of Hawthorne, adjacent to Manhattan Beach. Of the 8 homes only 2 are short sales which is very unusual for homes built in 2006 which was the peak of the South Bay market.
