The combination of an unusually abundant inventory of oceanfront homes, an initial price that was extremely aggressive and a much more challenging lending environment led to an almost 50% reduction from original list price.
Currently there are 6 luxury oceanfront properties on the market in Manhattan Beach priced between $5,999,000 for 3112 The Strand to $11.0M for 1712 The Strand. In general the luxury home market in Manhattan Beach seems to have picked up steam lately with numerous over asking and multiple offer situations on well priced homes.
